UiWE is engaged in the cultural strategy for the area, developing urban program, identity and other initiatives to strengthen quality and character of the this new local, yet international neighborhood.
We are working for Solstra Capital and Tetris together with architects from Cobe and VLA. Our work includes programming of urban spaces, buildings and facades as well as concepts for functions, user-involvement and partnerships. The ambition is to strengthen the identity and experience of the future Bella Kvarter – and to generate quality area already in the early stage of the development. A special aspect of the assignment is integrating Scandinavia’s biggest conference facilities with a Copenhagen type of dense and sustainable urbanity.
