Microsoft co-location consultancy

Considering culture when designing new workspaces

Changing location requires a change of mind. UiWE consulted Microsoft throughout its relocation to a new main office in Lyngby, which will house all of its activities in Denmark and roughly 900 employees. In conjunction with communication agencies Open and Help PR, our team collaborated with Microsoft management, employees and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Our focus was to ensure the best possible integration between Microsoft’s office culture and the spatial design.
Amongst the deliverables was site communication design and consulting on the interior design with Microsoft’s employees and Henning Larsen Architects.
